About Me.
I am an experienced therapist and supervisor with over 20 years in the field. I welcome the opportunity to get to know you and the unique challenges you are facing. I will work with you to determine how to prioritize your goals and optimize your daily coping skills. My warm, empathic approach takes into consideration the unique issues that come with your culture, ethnicity, gender and sexual orientation.
I don't believe in a one size fits all method to approaching therapy. I draw from a variety of clinical techniques and apply them to what the client needs at a given point in time. I help clients bridge the gap from their past in a way that helps them focus on what they are looking to change in their present life.
My approach involves interactive, insight oriented, supportive, empathic methods to guide toward life changes. I utilize DBT skills for coping when necessary. I look to empower clients to make changes for themselves. I look forward to working with you to build a life that aligns with your values.

My passion is helping older adolescents and young adults achieve the independence and confidence they strive for. I am also certified as a perinatal mental health therapist and support new parents on their journey.
I work collaboratively with clients to help you identify what stage of change you are in and how to work with your strengths. I will help you identify unhealthy patterns of behavior that keep you feeling stuck and work on a plan to ensure you know how to move forward with confidence.
Types of Therapy I Provide:
I value in person therapy and hold sessions during the morning and afternoon hours. Telehealth therapy and hybrid scheduling is available as well. I am conveniently located in Florham Park, NJ. Parking is available on site. I am licensed in NJ, NY, and PA.
